JAMMU, Mar 26: KC International School hosted “Samarpan Samaroh – From Our Hands to Yours” today, marking the meaningful transition of Grade 5 students from the Primary Wing to the Middle Wing. The event celebrated their journey of growth, values, and academic achievements.
The occasion was graced by eminent dignitaries including chief guest Amit Bhasin, SSP Traffic Jammu, guest of honour Sumeet Sharma, Inspector J&K Police, Rahul Sharma (Advocate), Dr Sunila Gupta, Gynaecologist and Chaitanya Chowdhary, President, KC International School. Special guests included Priyanka Gupta, ISM, Renu Kumari and Anupama Sinha, Principal, KCIS.
Students were presented with caps and scrolls and shared their future goals on the Promise Wall. Performances included an energetic dance and a nostalgic “memory lane” presentation reflecting their primary years.
The highlight was the “Samarpan” ritual, where Headmistress Sakshi Bhagat officially handed over the students to Middle Wing Coordinator Arpana Dogra. Students then took a pledge to uphold the school’s legacy of excellence and integrity.
Chief guest Amit Bhasin lauded the students’ confidence, while guests of honour congratulated the young achievers. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Principal Anupama Sinha.
