JAMMU, June 29: In a tough fight which lasted for 30 minutes, wrestler Kaka of Nama Shehar clinched the Shiba Kesri title, defeating Roshan Sharma of Jammu, today.
The dangal was organized by Shiba Dangal Committee under the overall supervision of its Chairman Liaqat Ali and Vice Chairman, Ch Manzoor Hussain. 35 bouts were played in the event.
Winner and runners-up wrestlers were awarded with cash prize of  Rs 6000 and  Rs 5,000  respectively by  the chief guest on the occasion.
Rakesh Wazir, State general secretary,  Bahujan Samaj Party and candidate for Nagrota Assembly constituency in presence of Sr PDP leader Showkat Choudhary.
In the second main bout Bobri of Jammu defeated Ranjeet of Ludhiana and got 6000 and 4000 respectively. The 3rd bout was won by Murad Ali of Jagti  by defeating Sat Paul of Soni Pat and got 3000 and 2000 respectively. The 4th bout was won by Sadiq of Domana Akhara by defeating Shemsher of UP. The  5th bout was won by Babber of UP by defeating Murad Ali of Jagti.
Shiba Dangal Committee members and Technical officials who helped in conducting the event were Liaqat Ali, Ch Manzoor Hussain, Ch Mohd Fareed, Khalid Ali, Saif Ali, Som Dutt, Noor Alam and Mukhtar.
