Jodhamal students win 11 medals in Nationals

JAMMU, Jan 22: The students of Jodhamal School, Jammu won 11 medals in the 8th All India Matsogi Do National Championship held at Sholapur in Maharashtra recently.
The medals included 5 gold, one silver and 5 bronze.
The gold medal winners included Anirudh Thakur, Vaasu Dev, Kanav Sabharwal, Avichal Rampal and Akshit Sharma, while Vasu Sharma bagged silver medal and the bronze medals went to Nikunj Langer, Ahmed Ziya, Aakash Gupta, Aditya Sharma and Jatin Mahyan.
The team was trained by Vishal Samrat and Gurdeep Singh.
The participating teams included Maharashtra, J&K, UP, Punjab, HP, Chandigarh, W Bengal, Manipur, Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Assam and MP.
