JAMMU, Oct 14: The Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council will be conducting open selection trials for raising the J&K UT Junior Girls Football Team ahead of the prestigious Dr. Talimeren Ao Junior Girls National Football Championship 2025-26. The trials are scheduled to take place on October 17 and 18 at two locations – the Synthetic Turf Football Field, TRC Srinagar and Mini Stadium Parade Ground, Jammu, starting from 3:00 pm onwards. The trials will be conducted under the supervision of a selection committee constituted by the Sports Council.
The selected players will subsequently undergo a coaching camp before participating in the National Championship. Interested participants must bring their original Date of Birth certificate and Aadhaar Card and must fall within the eligibility criteria – born on or after January 1, 2010 and on or before December 31, 2011.
