Srinagar, Sept 15: The 20-member Jammu and Kashmir football team left for Jharkhand today to participate in the 29th National Football Championship 2013 to be held from September 19 at Bokharo in Jharkhand.
The team is being accompanied by Rashid Ahmed as manager and Vishwamitter as coach.
According to an official handout issued here by the Jammu and Kashmir Football Association, J&K is to play preliminary league round against Kerala, Arunachal Pradesh and Rajasthan on September 20, 22 and 24 respectively.
The winners rather toppers in each group will qualify for the semifinals.
