J&K’s 4 players to represent India in South Asian Roll Ball C’ship

JAMMU, Dec 21: Four players of Jammu and Kashmir including three girls and one boy namely Mahima Khajuria, Simran Raina, Kavneet Kour and Bhanu Sunil Khajuria have been selected to represent India in South Asian Roll Ball Championship, being held from December 27, 2017 to December 31, 2017 at Kathmandu in Nepal.
The selection was made on the performance of the players in the 14th Senior National at Belgaun in Karnataka.
It is pertinent to mention here that J&K girls won bronze, while boys bagged silver medal at the Nationals.
Secretary J&K State Sports Council, Waheed-Ur-Rehman Parra applauded the achievements of the players and flagged them off for Jaipur to take part in the preparatory Camp being held there from tomorrow.
