JKCA postpones Cycling C’ship

Jammu, Mar 6: Jammu and Kashmir Cycling Association’s scheduled Cycling Championship from March 7, 2020 has been postponed due to adverse weather condition, landsliding and frequent closure of Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
In view of this, participants were unable to reach Jammu to participate in this competition and after brief discussion and threadbare interaction, JKCA has decided to postpone the championship till the weather improves.
However, the Association is of the view that the tentative date may be March 10, 2020. The participants are, therefore, requested to get ready for the competition upto March 10, 2020. Rest of the guidelines and procedure shall remain the same as and when the tournament get underway by March 10, 2020. Championship might begin from March 10, 2020.
