JAMMU, Jan 5: The Jammu & Kashmir UT Kho-Kho Association will conduct selection trials for Sub-Junior (Under-14) Kho-Kho for boys and girls at the Green Playfield, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, on January 13 and 14.
The trials are being organized to select players who will represent UT in the 35th Sub-Junior National Kho-Kho Championship, scheduled to be held at Kurukshetra, Haryana. Eligibility will be determined on the basis of an index calculated from age (in years), weight (in kilograms) and height (in centimeters). Players with an index below 215 will be eligible to participate in the national championship. Following the trials, a coaching camp for the selected players will be organized at the same venue from January 16 to 29, 2026, to prepare the team for the forthcoming national event.
