JAMMU, July 11: Jammu & Kashmir’s Trinabh Razdan has earned a coveted spot among 10 exceptional students selected globally for the 18th edition of the Global Citizen Scholarship (GCS) by Global Indian International School (GIIS).
The program, which fully funds two years of education in Singapore, selected eight students from India and two from Middle East countries following a rigorous multi-phase evaluation process. Criteria included academic performance, leadership potential, community involvement, and problem-solving abilities.
A ceremony was held in New Delhi to honour the new cohort, who will pursue their studies at the GIIS SMART Campus in Singapore – a premier institution offering CBSE and IBDP curricula with world-class infrastructure and faculty. Each scholarship is valued at Rs 1 crore per student for two years.
In addition to his academic achievement, Trinabh has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the GIIS Interact Club, affiliated with the Singapore Rotary Club, where he will serve as Director of Publicity & Communications for 2025-26.
