JAMMU, Nov 13: After screening by the J&K Sports Council, a 21-member J&K Senior Judo Team (Boys & Girls) today left for the Senior National Judo Championship, scheduled to be held at Hyderabad, Telangana from November 16 to 20.
The team comprised Naveed Mohd, Monik Thakur, Aabid Bashir, Zabir Ahmed, Sahil Akhter, Mohd Sulemaan, Rahil, Sheikh Mohammad Shuraim, Rahul Kumar, Aadhavan Pargal, Manish Chatwal, Alina Choudhary, Manya Kandhari Anshika Devi, Pritama Sharma, Monika Tariq, Baiza Hassan, Aisha, Aiza Fatima and Rafushia Rashid.
The judokas were seen off in the presence of Arshi Nad (Manager, Indoor Complex), Dr. Jagandeep (Physiotherapist), Vikas Dogra (Senior Judo Coach), Suraj Sharma (General Secretary) and Manish Chatwal.
