J&K set to win as Musaif, Kanaihya hit fifties

JAMMU, Dec 5: Jammu and Kashmir are just three wickets away from the victory with one full day of the game left against Tripura in the Cooch Behar Under-19 Cricket Tournament at Country Cricket Academy ground, here.
Tripura were 129/7, needing more 284 runs to win with just 3 wickets in hand.
Babu Dey (8) and Ashish Kumar Yadav (18) were at the crease when the stumps were drawn today. For J&K, Javid Ahmed and Govind Sharma took 2 wickets each, while Rasikh Salam and Mujtaba Yousuf claimed one wicket each.
Earlier, resuming from an overnight total of 187/4, J&K managed to score 328 runs, setting a mammoth target for the rivals. Musaif Ajaz hit second consecutive helf- century (56) for the hosts, while Kanaihya scored 77 runs.
