J&K Indian Style Wrestling Asso to conduct selection trials on Nov 2

REASI, Oct 25: The J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association will hold selection trials on November 2, to pick the Union Territory team for the 52nd Senior National Indian Style Wrestling Championship and the prestigious Hind Kesari Title, scheduled from November 20 to 23 at Chhatrapati Shahu Stadium, Satara, Maharashtra.
The weigh-in for participants will take place from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, followed by the selection trials at 12:00 pm at Hanuman Akhara, Ashok Nagar, Jammu, adjoining Shamshan Ghat, Sastri Nagar. Competitions will be held in seven weight categories: 55kg, 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 75kg, 80kg, and 85kg, while the Hind Kesari Title is for wrestlers above 85kg up to 140kg.
