SRINAGAR, Jan 21: The Jammu and Kashmir Carrom Association, in collaboration with its district units announced the 2024-25 seasons’ District-level Carrom Championships.
The District Srinagar Championship will be held on 29 & 30 January 2025 at SKISC, Srinagar, followed by the District Budgam Championship on 4 & 5 February 2025 at the Indoor Stadium, Budgam, and the District Baramulla Championship on 7 & 8 February 2025 at the Indoor Stadium, Khujabagh, Baramulla.
These championships will follow International Carrom Federation rules and feature competitions across three age groups—Sub-Junior, Junior, and Senior—for both boys and girls. Organisers said interested players, schools, and colleges can register by emailing their details to jkcarrom@gmail.com. The event, aimed at engaging the youth, promotes discipline, sportsmanship, and provides a platform for young talent across Jammu and Kashmir to shine in the sport.
