JAMMU, Sept 2: Naseem Javaid Choudhary, Director School Education Jammu, was felicitated by J&K Bharat Scouts & Guides for his appointment as Vice President of the organization. The ceremony was held at his office, here today.
The felicitation was conducted by Wing Commander MM Joshi (Retd), National Commissioner HQs for SP, Bharat Scouts & Guides. He was accompanied by Ashok Sharma, HQ Commissioner; Harvinder Kour, Zonal Officer; Joyti Verma, Guide Captain; Sakshi, Guide; along with other senior officials of the organization.
The recognition highlighted Naseem Javaid Choudhary’s consistent support to the Scouting and Guiding movement across Jammu Division. Wing Commander M. M. Joshi lauded his leadership, noting its positive impact on youth empowerment and community development.
Expressing gratitude, Choudhary reaffirmed his commitment to promoting the values of discipline, service, and leadership among young citizens. The event was attended by district-level representatives of the Bharat Scouts & Guides, senior staff from the Directorate of School Education Jammu and several Scout and Guide volunteers, making it a memorable occasion of mutual respect and collaboration.
