J&K Bank XI registers win over Young Hero’s FC

JAMMU, Dec 11: J&K Bank XI defeated Young Hero’s FC by 6 goals to nil in the ongoing 15th Christmas Gold Cup Football Tournament, organized by All J&K Sports and Cultural Welfare Association at GGM Science College Ground, here today.
As the match started, J&K Bank XI dominated their opponents by securing six goals while the Young Hero’s FC failed to net a single goal. The first goal was secured by Akif in the 10th minute of the game, while Prem was the 2nd scorer who netted 2nd goal in the 17th minute of the game, followed by three other goals for the team in the 30th, 57th and 67th minutes and Furqan succeeded to net goal in the 36th minute thus J&K Bank registered a splendid win over the Young Hero’s FC.
The yellow card was shown to Rohit of J&K Bank. The match was officiated by Aman Banathia, Dil Bahadur, Rahul Sharma, Madhav, Romesh Sethi, Dheraj Mennia and Vijay Kumar as referees.
Amarjeet Singh was the chief guest of today’s match in presence of Nazir Ahmed, David Masih, Yousuf Don, Narinder Gupta and many others.
J&K Bank Academy will lock horns with Jammu United, tomorrow.
