JAMMU, Feb 13: Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu students displayed extraordinary skills by winning 11 medals in the National Kick-Boxing /Karate/Boxing Championship-2016 held at Jammu Sanskriti School, Kathua. Around 100 students from J&K, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and UP participated in this Championship.
Medalists from Jammu Sanskriti School brought laurels to the school by winning 5 gold, 5 silver and one bronze.
The winners of the gold medals included Shalvi Saini, Muskaan Rajput, Upasak Poudwal, Nitish and Nitin, while the silver medals were claimed by Sujal, Vikrant Singh, Smile Chib, Babita Langeh, Aryan Kalgotra and the bronze medal went to Munish Manhas.
The chief guest on the occasion Rahul Yadav gave away the prizes.
Principal cum Vice Chairperson, Rohini Aima lauded the efforts of students and coaches Jagpreet Kour and Ravinder Singh.
