JAMMU, Sept 19: In the final match of Inter-College Badminton Tournament held at Indoor Sports Complex, Government Medical College Hostel, Bemina, which was organised by the Directorate of Physical Education, Kashmir University, Islamia College defeated Government Medical College Srinagar by (2-1) Sets to lift the title trophy.
Earlier, in the first round of the Tournament, Islamia College defeated Gandhi Memorial College and in the quarterfinals again Islamia College emerged successful against Government Degree College Bemina Srinagar and booked their place in the semifinal match of the Tournament.
In the semifinal, Islamia College defeated Amar Singh College to seal berth in the finals.
The Badminton Tournament 2015 finally lifted by the Islamia College of Science and Commerce by defeating Government Medical College Srinagar.
