Inter-school cultural programme held

DODA, July 15: Government Higher Secondary School Chiralla, Doda  in colloboration  with 26 RR Army organised inter-school cultural programme in school premises  here today.
Around 244 students hailing from 14 surrounding schools took part in the event.
Commanding Officer 26 RR Army Col S J Tewari was chief guest on the occasion  Major Pushkar Sirohi graced the function as a guest of honor. Acting Principal Govt Hr Sec School Chiralla Shamim Ahmed presided over the function. Sarpanch Fazal Alam ,G L Bhagat, Rakesh Charak ,Swami Raj and Gandharb Singh were the special guests . A total of 25 items comprising of patriotic songs  and dramas were presented which enthralled the auidance . Headmaster Bal Krishan  and Sarpanch Rakesh Charak  were the adjudicators. In cultural items songs , Govt Hr SEc School Chiralla bagged first prize, while Ever Green Public school and Govt Middle School Binola were adjusted as second and third respectively . In Darama Ever Green Public School won first prize where as Govt Hr Sec School Chiralla and New Light Academy Mirpur were adjudges second and third winners rewspectively .
