Indian Navy team wins Services Squash Championship

Visakhapatnam, Oct 26:
The Indian Navy team emerged winners in the 51st Inter Services Squash Championship 2012-13 after defeating Indian Air Force team in the final today.
The Army Red team secured the third position.
In the open event, Vikas Jangra, Chief Petty Officer Physical Training Instructor of Indian Navy beat Sergeant Sandip Jangra of Indian Air Force in a keenly-contested final.
The jury and selection committee also announced that the winning team would represent the Services at various national-level squash championships.
The 51st Inter Services Squash Championship, conducted between October 22 and 25 by INS Eksila at Naval Officers’ Institute here under the aegis of the Headquarters, Eastern Naval Command concluded yesterday, according to a navy release issued here today.(PTI)
