Indian Hawks skaters shine at CBSE National C’ship, win four medals

JAMMU, Nov 20: Indian Hawks Sports Academy, Jammu, delivered an outstanding performance at the recently concluded CBSE National Roller Skating Championship held in Haryana, winning a total of four medals and bringing pride to the region.
Among the academy’s standout performers was Tamanna Saini (U-17 In-line), who showcased exceptional determination, speed and technique, securing two silver medals in her events. Her consistency and confidence on the track helped her compete effectively against top skaters from across the country.
Adding to the academy’s success, Saanvi Grover (U-17 Quad) claimed one silver and one bronze medal, demonstrating grit and competitive spirit. She maintained strong speed endurance and composure under pressure, reinforcing her position as a rising talent in national-level competitions. Another skater, Viraj, delivered impressive performances but narrowly missed out on winning a medal. Despite this, all three athletes have emerged as strong prospects for future national and international events.
Ashok Gandotra, chief patron of Indian Hawks Sports Academy, lauded the medal winners, praising their hard work, dedication and commitment.
