*Azad lauds school for its contribution in education sector

JAMMU, Dec 23: International Delhi Public School (IDPS) Jammu celebrated an Annual Day function here today. Former Chief Minister and DPAP Chairman, Ghulam Nabi Azad who was chief guest on this occasion lauded the efforts of International Delhi Public School (IDPS) Jammu for offering free education to needy students besides substantially contributing to the education sector of the UT.
“The contribution of IDPS Jammu brought new paradigms in the education sector and raised the bar of quality education. It has produced students of international exposure who have proven their mettle at international forums and brought fame and name to our country especially the Jammu region,” he said.
Azad said that without compromising the quality of education, this school is offering equal opportunities to those bright students who hail from the poor section of society. Irrespective of social strata, the school is providing equal opportunities to all.
He said, “Facilities in schools are nowadays of high level though during our times, the facilities were minimal, but entirely the focus was on quality of education.
