SAMBA, July 19: Humanity Public School hosted a special outreach programme under Operation Sindoor, an initiative by the Army to honour the nation’s resilience following the Pahalgam attack. The event aimed to instill patriotism, courage and national pride among students.
The session was led by Lt. Col. Rohit Sharma, Second-in-Command, 157 Inf Bn (TA) (H&H) Sikh, who addressed students of Classes 10th, 11th and 12th. He shared powerful stories of bravery and sacrifice, highlighting the vital role of the armed forces in safeguarding the nation.
The event began with a warm welcome and bouquet presentation by Principal Gaurav Charak, Ravinder Sadhu (A.O.), Parsidh Singh (Incharge Hr. Sec. Wing) and Vikas Sharma (Coordinator, Hr. Sec. Wing).
Gaurav Charak delivered the vote of thanks, appreciating the Army’s efforts to connect with youth and promote discipline and national responsibility.
