JAMMU, Jan 23: The students of Humanity Public School, Bassi Kalan, Bari Brahmana, Samba, brought laurels to the institution by winning 11 medals in the 11th National Matsogi-Do Championship 2015 recently held at MA Stadium, here.
The School won 2 gold, 4 silver and 5 bronze medals. The gold medal winners included Shifali Attri of 6th and Navjoti Verma of 8th, while the silver medals were clinched by Pranav Rajput of 1st, Koushal of 5th, Pushpinder Singh of 8th and Mansi Lalotra of 8th and the bronze medals went to Krrish Bamotra of UKG, Kousheen Koul of UKG, Deepak Kumar of 6th, Neha Jaral of 9th and Shreya Sharma of class 9th.
Apart from the medal winners, those students who participated in the event included Rahul Roy of class 2nd, Pawan Kumar of 4th, Vishal Kumar of 5th, Sudhanshu of 6th, Akashdeep Singh of 8th, Aryan Gupta of 10th and Paras Gandhi of class 10th.
All the winner students were honoured in the special assembly by the Principal of the School, Gaurav Charak and Anku Charak, Vice Principal in presence of Akashdeep Raina, Nitin Jamwal, Mahan Singh and Sandeep Zutshi.
