HSS Bhalwal organizes awareness prog

JAMMU, Dec 6: Government Higher Secondary School Bhalwal organized a programme to create awareness about Govt Sponsored Schemes ‘Beti Bechao, Beti Padao’ and ‘Ladli Beti’ among the people.
Minister for Forest and Social Welfare, Bali Bhagat was the chief guest on the occasion.
A colourful cultural bonanza was presented by the students of the school and adjoining schools of Bhalwal area, who presented skits, plays, debates and dances.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Bhagat appreciated the efforts of the Principal, staff and students for their management.
Prizes were distributed among the students and memento was presented to the School Principal, Sarsa Ram for his efforts in smooth functioning of the School.
