JAMMU, Dec 22: Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory Master Hockey Association is going to organise A -7, A Side Chaar Sahibzaade Hockey Gold Cup Master at Hakku Stadium Jammu between December 23 to 25, this was informed by Chairman Mahant Rajesh Bittu while addressing a press conference here today.
He was accompanied by President, Balvinder Singh and General Secretary, Jaswinder Singh (Kuku). Mahant Bittu praised the Prime Minister Narendra Modi for declaring December 26 as Veer Baal Divas.
He said that December 21 to 27 they are observing martyrdom week where they are paying their tribute to them. He said that a hockey tournament is also being organized in their memory.
Senior Vice President Rajinder Singh Sudan, Vice President Janak Singh, Treasurer Iqbal Singh, Angat Singh and tournament Director Manjit Singh Reen was present on this occasion.
