*Sahil Lotra bags Man of the Match title

JAMMU, May 25: Despite splendid inning of 80 runs by Hisham, Jammu Blue smashed Jammu Green by 41 runs in the inaugural tie of the J&K Senior Cricket Premier League, being organized by Jammu Tawi Sports Cricket Club at GGM Science College ground, here today.
Batting first, Jammu Blue scored a magnificent total of 232 runs for all out in 38.3 overs. Sahil Lotra chipped some crispy shots and made 80 runs, while Sarthak Pasin and Paras scored 34 runs each. Ateev Saini also contributed 29 runs to the total.
For Jammu Green side, Sannat with his marvelous bowling skills managed to scalp 4 wickets, while Robin took 2 wickets.
In the second inning, Jammu Green batsmen tried their level best to clinch the match but failed and bundled out at 191 runs for all out in 39.1 overs. Hisham played a splendid inning of 80 runs, while Sahil made 28 runs and Ragav Sharma chipped in 26 runs.
For Jammu Blue side, Kunal scalped 2 wickets, while Aman and Sikka took 1 wicket apiece.
Sahil Lotra of Jammu Blue was declared as Man of the Match for his brilliant batting performance.
The match was officiated by Saddiq Hussain Malik and Sanju as umpires, while the scorecard was maintained by Vinod.
The tournament is being organized under the supervision of Arun Dogra, Vice President, Jammu Tawi Sports Cricket Club and Shashi Pal, Organising Secretary.
