JAMMU, Sept 8: As a tribute to Mother Teresa on International Day of Charity, Heritage School gifted a library of books to Bal Bharti Public School, a concern of Balgran, Channi Rama, home for destitute children.
The books were contributed by students of the Heritage School, who enthusiastically took part in the contribution drive and extend a hand of friendship to the Bal Ashram inmates.
A team of Heritageans, along with Principal Jagadish Singh Dhami, went to the Bal Bharti Public School in festivity of books, balloons and snacks to spend time with the students .They were accompanied by Ms Susan and Ms Kathyrn, teachers from England who were active participants of the drive and are in school to enhance the spoken English skills of the students as well with Ms Anuriti, the International School Award Coordinator.
