JAMMU, Mar 14: Heritage School hosted an Orientation Programme at its amphitheatre to welcome new students of Classes I and II along with their parents for the academic session 2026-2027. The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Principal Akash Pradhan, Guest speaker Dr Richa Sharma, Vice Principal Rashmi Thakur, Founder Headmistress Vandana Jasrotia, and Headmistress Hemneet Kour.
Headmistress Kour shared the school’s vision of holistic learning, while Coordinators Rachita Anand and Harpreet Kaur briefed parents on the curriculum, school guidelines, and assessment practices. Dr Richa Sharma, the guest speaker, discussed the importance of raising emotionally strong children and promoting independence.
Students participated in engaging activities, including a short film titled Good Morning, recognized at the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival and a creative craft activity. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Principal Akash Pradhan, reaffirming the school’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded, responsible learners.
