UDHAMPUR, Aug 20: District Police Udhampur in collaboration with District Youth Services and Sports Department organized a Handball match under ‘Meri Matti Mera Desh’ at Mini Stadium here today.
Probationary Sub Inspector (PSI), Sahil Chib and Kulbushan Singh were special guests on the occasion. The match was played between Kargil Martyrs Club Udhampur and Arun Sharma Handball Club Jammu which was won by Kargil Martyrs Club Udhampur by a score of 29-24. Sunil, Vansh from the winning side score eight and five goals respectively while Rhythm from the losing team netted seven goals.
The match was officiated by a technical panel of experts of Youth Services and Sports Udhampur, Ravi Kumar, Rishi Kumar Sharma, Sourab Pandit and Vipin. Among others present were Sanjeev Magotra, Manmeet Singh, Amit Manhas, Ashutosh Sharma, Chandan Singh, Bachan Dogra, Gourav Sharma, Pawan Jamwal, Vinod Sharma, Amit Sharma. Anshu Brat Khanna was coordinator for the event.
