GHSS Samba wins twin badminton titles

SAMBA, Aug 10: Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Samba defeated GHSS Ramgarh to win singles and doubles badminton titles in the District Level Inter-School Under-19 Boys Badminton Tournament, organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, here.
In the singles final, GHSS Samba defeated GHSS Ramgarh by (15-12, 10-15 and 15-12), while in doubles final, GHSS Samba got better of GHSS Ramgarh by (15-9 and 15-11).
The Tournament was organized under the supervision of District Youth Services and Sports Officer Samba, Subash Chander Bhardwaj at Govt Boys Hr Secondary School Samba.
The matches were officiated by Rekha Sambyal, Dildar Singh, Subash Sharma, Sanjay Gupta, Satpal Sharma, Omkar Nath, Ravi Kumar Mathur, Randhir Singh, Ravi Singh, Sanjeev Kumar, Zorawar Singh Sambyal, Raju Sharma, Dolly Gill, Ruhi Sambyal and Harvinder Singh.
