Function held at GGM Science College

JAMMU, Oct 31: Vigilance Awareness Week, under the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” was today observed by Women Empowerment/Development Cell and the Department of English at GGM Science College.
During the celebrations an Intra-college Symposium competition was organised under the patronage of Prof (Dr) Romesh Kumar Gupta, Principal GGM Science College Jammu.
Dr Seema Rani Minhas, Dr Jatinder Kour and Dr Sunita Kumari acted as the judges in the symposium.
The celebration was also graced by the presence of Dr Vandana Khajuria HOD department of English, Dr Ashaq Hussain, Associate Dean, Dr Yasmeen Mughal, convener Women Empowerment Cell.
Manmeet Kour bagged the first prize whereas Jaspreet Singh was adjudged second.
The third prize was shared by Anirudh Sodhi and Haresh Dev Singh.
The event concluded with the vote of thanks by Dr Yasmeen Mughal.
