Eleven Star, Rider XI register wins in T20 Tourney

POONCH, Mar 15: In the ongoing Police Martyrs T20 Cricket Tournament organized by District Police Poonch under Civic Action Programme, two matches were played at Govt Degree College Ground Poonch, here.
The first match was played between Eleven Cricket Club and Shaheed Afzal Cricket Club Fazalabad. XI Cricket Club won the toss, elected to bat first and scored 127 runs, while chasing the target Shaheed Afzal Cricket Club Fazalabad scored 114 runs, thus XI Cricket Club won the match by 13 runs.
In another match played between Rider-XI Cricket Club and Shahpur Cricket Club, Rider-XI Cricket Club won the toss and elected to bat first. They scored 61 runs.
Chasing the target, Shahpur Cricket Club scored 58 runs. Rider-XI Cricket Club won the match by a narrow margin of 3 runs.
Huge gathering of sports lovers witnessed both the matches.
