JAMMU, July 14: The Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS), District Jammu, organized the Inter-District Division Level Youth Exchange Programme at DPL Auditorium, Gulshan Ground here today. The event catered to youth aged 15–29 years and witnessed participation from across Jammu Division.
Held under the patronage of Director General YSS, Anuradha Gupta and guidance of Joint Director YSS Jammu, Vinakshi Koul, the programme was supervised by DYSSO Jammu, Sukhdev Raj Sharma, with the support of ZPEOs from District Jammu.
The event aimed to provide a platform for youth to showcase their cultural and intellectual talents. Around 280 participants, including escorted officials, participated in activities such as Group Folk Dance, Group Folk Song and Declamation.
The DG YSS appreciated the initiative and applauded the enthusiasm of the participants. She emphasized that such programmes enhance cultural understanding and offer a valuable opportunity for young individuals to move ahead to higher-level competitions.
