UDHAMPUR, Mar 3: Delhi Public School Udhampur hosted its vibrant graduation cum recognition day, titled ‘Urja 3.0’, to celebrate the achievements of the graduating batch of 2024. The event was marked by an impressive gathering of students, parents, faculty and guests, highlighting a significant milestone in the lives of the tiny tots stepping into primary education.
Chief guest, Ashok Amod Nagpure, SSP Udhampur, graced the ceremony with his presence and inspired the graduates with a powerful speech. He emphasized perseverance, dedication and the transformative power of education in shaping the future. He commended the school for nurturing the students through their formative years.
Other dignitaries present included Pro Vice Chairman, Dr. J. C. Gupta, MD Vivek Gupta, Director Academics Sucheta Gupta and Principal Dr. Kunal Anand.
The program featured cultural performances, speeches, and presentations, showcasing the talent and creativity of the students. Dr. J. C. Gupta expressed his happiness over the graduation of the students and congratulated the parents for their constant support.
In his address, Dr. Kunal Anand, Principal of the school, reflected on the graduating class’s journey and encouraged them to embrace their new phase of life with enthusiasm and knowledge. The event also included the annual report by Shivane Koul, Headmistress of the Junior School, who highlighted the school’s mission and achievements.
The day concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Lakhwinder Kour, Chief Coordinator of Junior School, expressing gratitude to all attendees, teachers and staff for their unwavering support in making the event a success.
