Don’t mingle Kurash with Judo: Shikha Bhau

JAMMU, Sept 20: Judo Junior Asian Cadet Medalist, Shikha Bhau has raised objection about mingling sports discipline of ‘Kurash’ with that of ‘Judo’.
In a handout issued here, Shikha said that players are being misguided by mingling Judo with Kurash, adding that Vanshika Manhas and Amrita Roshan bagged bronze medals in Kurash Asian Junior Cadet Championship held at Taipei in China, but it has been observed that GD Goenka in their press releases is mingling it with Judo by writing the event as Kurash Asian Judo Junior Cadet Championship.
She has appealed all not to intermingle two different disciplines of sports with one another.
