JAMMU, July 23: Dogra Degree College signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ICFAI Business School (IBS) to promote academic collaboration, knowledge sharing, and industry-oriented opportunities for students and faculty.
The MoU was signed between Dr. Bela Thakur, Director, Dogra Group of Colleges and Sahil Chauhan, Regional Manager-North 3, IBS, in the presence of Dr. Samar Dev Singh Charak, Secretary, Dogra Educational Trust.
The signing ceremony was also attended by Dr. Gitika Sehgal, Coordinator, Dogra Educational Trust, Rakesh Mohan Koul, HOD BBA & B.Com, Preeti Sharma, Placement Cell Coordinator, Arun Verma, Manager IBS, along with faculty and dignitaries.
This partnership aims to facilitate student development programs, faculty workshops, research collaboration, skill enhancement sessions, and placement support. Dr. Bela Thakur emphasized the importance of industry-academia linkages, while Sahil Chauhan reaffirmed IBS’s support in career-oriented initiatives.
The MoU is expected to provide students with real-world exposure and help them develop skills necessary for success in their professional careers.
