CWSN students of JSS shine at National Unified Sports Meet

JAMMU, June 19: Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu has set a new benchmark in inclusive education as its Children With Special Needs (CWSN) delivered an outstanding performance at the National Unified Sports Meet held at IIT Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
Demonstrating exceptional skill, determination, and true sportsmanship, the students brought home multiple medals, making the school and the entire region proud. Among the medalists were Anand, Mridul, Varspreet, Praful Sabarwal, Uttman and Jasjeet, whose collective efforts in volleyball and badminton secured them a series of gold, silver and bronze accolades.
Their inspiring journey reflects the power of perseverance and the school’s unwavering belief in the potential of every learner. The athletes were trained and supported by Yogesh Manhas, Head of the Sports Department, and Bhawana, Special Educator, whose dedication and guidance played a crucial role in preparing the students for this national platform. Expressing her pride, Principal-cum-Vice Chairperson Rohini Aima stated that every child is capable of greatness when nurtured with the right guidance and opportunities.
