JAMMU, July 27: In a feat of rare accomplishment, forty-seven Jodhamal Public School students have authored 50 books.
Earlier also, seven Jodhamal student-authors, out of 20 from several prestigious schools across the country, were published by Scholastic India in a compilation of short stories titled: Wings of Wonder.
The statement said with these students having got the platform to show their creativity, many young students at Jodhamal are following suit and getting motivated to write books. The school carefully nurtures these budding authors to ensure that they take up writing as their full-time pursuit and inspire their generation to drift away from the ‘screen-led virtual world’ to the ‘world of words and books’.
