JAMMU, Jan 1: The Dean Students Welfare and Director Physical Education & Sports, Cluster University of Jammu (CLUJ), today flagged off the Men’s Wrestling Team for participation in North Zone Inter-University Wrestling Tournament scheduled to be held at Chandigarh University from January 5 to 9.
Prof. D S Manhas, Dean Students Welfare, extended his best wishes to the team and emphasized the importance of hard work, discipline, dedication and sportsmanship. He encouraged the wrestlers to perform to the best of their abilities and to uphold the honour and prestige of Cluster University of Jammu at this prestigious inter-university event.
Dr Vinod Bakshi, Director of Physical Education & Sports, appreciated the rigorous training and sustained efforts of the team members. He lauded their commitment and determination and expressed confidence that the wrestlers would exhibit excellent performance, discipline, and sportsman spirit during the tournament.
