JAMMU, Sept 25: CGC University, Mohali, marked a proud moment as it officially launched Women’s World Boxing Championships 2025 Silver Medallist, Nupur, as the Brand Ambassador of the University. A celebrated boxer and granddaughter of the legendary Captain Hawa Singh, Nupur symbolizes resilience, determination and excellence — values that resonate deeply with CGC University’s mission.
The grand launch ceremony was attended by students, faculty and dignitaries, creating an atmosphere filled with excitement and pride. Nupur, who secured Silver in the 80kg category at the global championship, shared her journey of hard work, perseverance and the challenges she overcame, inspiring students with her powerful story.
