JAMMU, Mar14: Bharatiya Yog Sansthan organized a three-day national camp (Shivir) on silence (Moun) and meditation (Dhyan Sadhna).The 14th National Moun Avam Dhyan Shivir commenced today at Yog Ashram, Gole Gujral, Jammu.
The camp was inaugurated by Des Raj Gupta, National President, Bharatiya Yog Sansthan, along with Lalit Gupta, General Secretary, Bharatiya Yog Sansthan. On the occasion, they emphasized the importance of silence (Moun) and meditation (Dhyan Sadhna) in achieving inner peace, mental discipline, and spiritual growth.
More than 500 yoga practitioners (sadhaks) from different States of the country are participating in this three-day event. During the programme, various sessions of meditation, silence practice, and spiritual deliberations will be conducted.
The primary focus of the camp is on the practice and deeper understanding of Moun and Dhyan Sadhna, enabling participants to experience inner calm, self-awareness and holistic well-being.
The camp will continue for three days and will conclude with a special session on meditation and spiritual guidance for the participants.
