JAMMU, Nov 29: Baramulla Table Tennis Championship 2025-26 was inaugurated at Indoor Sports Stadium, Khawajabagh, here today.
The championship is being organized by the District Baramulla Table Tennis Association and has attracted promising talent from across the district.
The inaugural ceremony was graced by Dr. Tahir Ramzan Bhat, Head of the Department of Physical Education & Sports, Government Degree College (Boys) Baramulla, as chief guest.
Dr. Bhat commended the contribution of Secretary J&K Sports Council, Nuzhat Gul, for her continuous support in promoting sports & games across the Kashmir Valley, particularly in Baramulla district.
Sports Council officials, coaches and other guests present on the occasion encouraged the participants and wished them success in the championship.
The event aims to identify the emerging talent and strengthen the table tennis culture in the region.
