JAMMU, Mar 11: Renowned International Taekwondo Referee, Coach and former player, Master Atul Pangotra, has joined Sports Authority of India (SAI), Bangalore as guest faculty.
He will be conducting specialized classes for the Diploma Course in Sports Coaching (Taekwondo) sharing his vast experience and expertise with aspiring coaches.
Pangotra is a Sher-e-Kashmir Awardee and one of the India’s most respected Taekwondo figures.
He is an International Referee certified by World Taekwondo, having officiated in numerous international championships. As a former player, he has represented India at various global Taekwondo events, bringing laurels to the country.
Pangotra has been instrumental in promoting Taekwondo in J&K and across India.
Welcoming him to the institute, Gautam Singh Virdhi, Taekwondo Coach at SAI Bangalore stated: “Master Atul Pangotra’s presence will be an invaluable asset to our students. His knowledge and international exposure will greatly enhance the training experience.”
