JAMMU, Nov 12: The J&K Amateur Athletics Association has announced the upcoming Asmita Women’s League 2025 for girls of District Jammu from November 15 at the athletics track of the University of Jammu. The competition will include Under 14 girls (born between 21.12.2011 & 20.12.2013) and Under 16 girls (born between 21.12.2009 & 20.12.2011).
Events for U-14 include Triathlon A (60 m, Long Jump, High Jump), Triathlon B (60 m, Long Jump, Back Throw Shot Put), Triathlon C (60 m, Long Jump, 600 m) and Kids Javelin. The U 16 category features 60 m, 600 m, Long Jump, High Jump, Discus Throw (1 kg), Standing Shot Put (3 kg) and Javelin Throw (500 gms, 10 m approach).
