Army organizes ‘Qaumi Ekta Kabaddi League’

RAJOURI, Aug 31: Army at Samote in coordination with the local village sports bodies and the civil administration conducted the “Qaumi Ekta Kabaddi League” at Budhal to highlight the prosperity, bonhomie and harmony among the local citizens and civil administration.
A total of 20 teams from various villages along the Pir Panjal ranges participated in 15 days long tournament. The sportsmanship, enthusiasm and vigour of the players were evident during the conduct of the tournament with spectators cheering for their local teams.
GOC, Uniform Force witnessed the final match played between Budhal “A” and Pir Panjal.
Exhorting the students to work towards unity of the country, GOC Uniform Force said that the present generation is the future of the country and should take the country towards a path of development.
Later, prizes were distributed among the winner and runner-up teams.
