SHOPIAN, Dec 4: The Army as an endeavor to help the local population in shopian district under Sadhbhavana distributed clothes and essential items to poor and destitute childrens at the Balasharam in village Pinjoora of Shopian district.
Keeping in preview the approaching winters, the essential items included clothes for the orphans.The children were happy and overwhelmed by the guesture of the local Rastriya Rifiles. Mrs Haleema the in-charge of the orphanage said that the affords taken by Army will go a long way in providing warmth in the hearts of poor children in this asharam.
While distributing the items Brig Pramood, Commander sector headquarters who has also present on the occasion stated that these children are the future of the country and what they needed is Love,Cear and proper education.While siting the example of the Prime Minister of the country he said that these childrens had the potential to rise in life and make the country proud in future.
