UDHAMPUR, Oct 3: Inter-School Quiz Competition was held at Army Public School (APS) Udhampur.
Alongwith the host school, DPS Udhampur, Brahamrishi Bawra Vidya Peeth, APS Dhar Road and Happy Model Higher Secondary School participated in this competition.
The competition was aimed at developing the knowledge and excellence base among the students through healthy and highly motivating meet.
Interesting questions were asked to the students testing each aspect of the educational knowledge base like current affairs, famous quotes, science etc.
The rapid fire round made it more exciting for the students and the audience both. Each team put a whole hearted effort but APS Udhampur aced the first prize, whereas Brahamrishi Bawra Vidya Peeth bagged the runner up trophy.
The chief guest Col Jagdish Gadekar presented the trophies and the certificates. He also spoke on the growing importance of General Knowledge (GK) for students and encouraged them to participate more and more in such healthy competitions.
