Altaf’s hat-trick helps Food-Supplies to blank Kashmir Mughals

SRINAGAR, June 26: Superb hat-trick by Altaf and a splendid goal netted by Irfan helped Food and Supplies to thrash Kashmir Mughals by four goals to nil (4-0) to advance in the Super Division Football League Tournament, being organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Football Association, DFA Srinagar at Polo Ground, here.
Food and Supplies dominated the things from the word go as Altaf scored his first goal in 12th minute of the match and pelted another one in the 56th minute. Then it was Irfan’s turn who scored the goal in 68th minute before Altaf pelted a splendid goal in 74th minute to score a hat-trick and help his team win by (4-0).
Meanwhile, in ‘A’ Division match, Shaheen Sports defeated Royal Sports by a solitary goal and the goal scorer was Hashim who netted it in 51st minute.
In ‘B’ Division League played at Bakshi Stadium here, Celtic Football Club defeated Sheikhulalam Football Club by four goals to two (4-2), United Barzulla Football Club trounced Majid Bagh FC by a solitary goal and Burnhall School held Kashmir Sports to (1-1) draw.
