JAMMU, May 7: The Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India (AKFI) conducted the 2nd Batch All India Kabaddi Referees Examination for freshers from May 4 to 8 in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Officials from across the country participated, including five from Jammu & Kashmir, Mir Alam, Majid Khan, Nazarat Bhatti, Tanvir Iqbal and Anita Sharma. Jammu and Kashmir Armature Kabaddi Association General Secretary Kuldeep Kumar Gupta stated the exam aims to strengthen the pool of qualified referees. President Anil Gupta welcomed the new officials, encouraging them to contribute sincerely to the sport. The course remains valid for three years, with AKFI providing free lodging and meals.
