Akash, Pradeep among finalists in State Boxing Championship

JAMMU, Nov 4: Akash Sharma and Pradeep Sharma were among a galaxy of finalists of the ongoing State Boxing Championship, being organized by Jammu and Kashmir Boxing Association at MA Stadium, here.
In Junior men, the finalists included Akash Sharma, Sahil Khan, Amandeep Singh, Ram Kumar, Anjan Thappa, Vishal Singh, Dipanshu Kumar, Mohit Chib and Mokal Singh, while in senior men the finalists included Pradeep Sharma, Sahil Sharma, Goutam Sharma, Sandeep Singh, Asif Ali, Saleem Khan, Ashish Chalotra, Hardesh Singh, Anil Chib, Chander Dev Singh, Raghubir Thakur, Ashish Jasrotia, Sunil Sharma, Raman Sharma and  Zahid Mirza.
In junior women, Barkha and Soma qualified for the finals, while in senior women, the finalists included Priyanka, Sita, Heena Choudhary, Anju Bala and Rajni Kumari.
In sub junior men, the finalists included Mehrose  Ahmed, Rajbir Singh, Mohd Hassan, Sultan Farooq, Ayaan Rasool, Kamal Sharma, Ranveer Singh, Ashish Gurung, Sunil Kumar, Nissar Hussain and Harsh Dev Singh.
